Seeing these covers in full color and having the cover artists named and indexed makes this volume invaluable. Gary's pricing is solid and up to date and his experience in paperbacks shines through in this wonderful new reference. It's a must have item for anyone interested in paperbacks and pop culture. | |

| Comments: One could easily forget that this a guide to collectible paperbacks in looking through page after page of colorful cover art. Along with being of interest as a gallery of book cover art in the vein of mass-market publishing and popular culture, this guide presents covers which have been proven to have value to collectors. | |

| Comments: This is great eye candy and was a blast to edit. The artwork on the covers of these pulp books are fantastic and sometimes cheesy, yet always gorgeous; innocent, yet lurid. Author Gary Lovisi photographed a variety of terrific covers to include in the book and Katie Newby's fun design compliments them well. Lovisi is wonderful to work with and, being in the book hobby and business for 30+ years, really knows his stuff. | |

| Comments: This is such a fun book, with over 700 large-size, full-color photos of the most wild and sexy paperback book covers it is a feast for the eyes for any book collector and anyone interested in pulp cover art or illustration art. Krause put together an attractive and well designed book that would make a great gift and it is a joy to look through. Everyone who has seen this book has been bowled over by the lovely color covers of sexy women, femme fatales, bad girls, and other sexy, sassy and sinful dames. Various cover motifs are presented in sepearte chapters. It's great fun and I know you will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed putting it together. | |

| Comments: Wow! The combination of suggestive images and racy titles is sure to please and tease. This book is full of racy book covers from the 50s and 60s, each seeming more risque than the next. I imagine some people would buy this book for the pricing, but I get more of a kick out of the images. | |
